The event brings together both media and sponsor judges with a pre-selected list of developers to pitch their games. Things kick off with a little networking and a short initial presentation (host + sponsors), before the pitching starts.

The pitch itself typically involves 15+ teams, up to 5 judging tables, with the developers presenting their games in a speed-dating style. Meanwhile the rest of the crowd enjoy food, drinks, and networking.

The Big Indie Pitch is typically an afternoon or early evening event. The Big Indie Drinks can be added on as a bonus networking event to follow the pitch event into the evening.
